Even though there was a stunt double on the set, Christiansen refused to have someone else do his stunts. Athletic from an early age, Christiansen knew being in Star Wars was a once in a life opportunity, and he wanted to do it all himself.

Answer: Well, according to Lucas, “we called the film 'Revenge of the Jedi' to throw people off. The title was always intended to be 'Return of the Jedi', but we made the film under the code name 'Revenge of the Jedi'. Unfortunately, what happened is Fox started promoting the film before we could tell them not to use the title.” Legend also has it that Revenge of the Jedi would never be acceptable because Jedis are not vengeful and therefore do not seek revenge on those who have wronged them.
