Unfortunately, the Jedis couldn’t get the government to recognize “Jedi” as an official religion. In fact, census takers clumped those who answered “Jedi” in with those who don’t believe in God.

Answer: The final scene in The Return of the Jedi features Anakin, Obi Wan and Yoda, all in translucent form, watching Luke, Leia, Han and the others celebrating the end to the Death Star after burning Vader’s suit. The scene was actually filmed at George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch in California.
