Random Star Wars Facts:

16. Why is Liam Neeson heard but not seen in Episode II: Attack of the Clones? Answer: Liam Neeson was originally scheduled to return in Episodes II and III as Qui Gon Jinn in spirit form. His voice is heard in Episode II: Attack of the Clones during a scene in which Yoda is meditating. Neeson’s appearances were canned after he broke his leg just prior to filming. Otherwise, we would have seen him just as we see Obi Wan in The Empire Strikes Back and The Return of the Jedi: in translucent form.

51. Did You Know: George Lucas’ Stormtroopers weren’t the first Storm Troopers in history? Hitler’s Nazi henchmen were also known as the Storm Troopers. In fact, if you look carefully at the Imperial officers’ uniforms, you’ll see similarities to the Nazis’ uniforms. Lucas purposely created the officers this way in order to make them more frightening.
